Personal Data Protection Policy

Information about personal data processing


FLEKC s.r.o. with its registered office Dany Medřické 1001, 252 64 Velké Přílepy, ID No. 27458920 is fully aware of the protection of personal data submitted by you. It is important to know that the personal data that you provide us is processed in a reliable and transparent manner, fully in compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Council. You can ask for information about any personal data that is registered with us, its rectification or erasure, provided that the data was acquired on the basis of your consent. If automated processing is performed, you are authorized to data portability and not to be the subject of decisions based on the aforementioned criteria. If you have any questions or requests concerning your personal data processing, you can approach us in writing at the address of the registered office of the company.
 
Security of your personal data


FLEKC s.r.o. complies with requirements for the security of data that you share with us. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data sufficiently with respect to the importance of processing thereof. Access to your personal data that we acquired from you is not permitted to be shared with any unauthorized person, nor do we transfer your data without your consent to any other entities for further processing, unless this is required by law or for our legal protection.
 
Right to acquire information


You have the right to request FLEKC s.r.o. provide further information on personal data concerning you, specifically on its scope and for what purpose we process it. Such information will be provided to you free of charge in no later than 30 days or within 90 days under exceptional circumstances. We will inform you about such time limit extensions sufficiently in advance. If you require disclosure of information that we keep on file in relation to your person, we will first need to verify that you are the person who is authorized to receive such information. In your request, please provide a sufficient identification of your identity. Where necessary, we are authorized to request additional information regarding your identification before we disclose to you your personal data that we have processed.
We are authorized, in well-founded cases, to reject requests which are unjustified or unreasonably repeated, and/or the fulfilment of which requires unreasonable effort or which would be difficult to obtain (typically from back-up systems, archives, etc.).
 
Right to personal data portability


You have the right to acquire your personal data that we keep on file in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Based on your request, such data can be submitted to a different data controller.
 
Updates of data, right to rectification


Considering the fact that personal data can change over the course of time (such as surname), we will appreciate informing us of any changes in your personal data. This will allow us to keep up-to-date records and eliminate possible errors. The submission of information about a change of personal data is necessary for us to be able to duly perform our duty as the personal data controller.
This is also closely related to your right to have your personal data that is registered by us to be rectified. If you discover that our data is not up to date, you are authorized to request its rectification. 
 
Objections


If you think that we have failed to process your personal data in compliance with the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic or the European Union, you have the right to object to such processing and we will then check the justification of such a request. Upon raising an objection, the processing of your personal data will be restricted until we conclude whether your objection is justified or not. We will inform you that you have a right to submit your objection to the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) at the following address:

Right to restriction of processing


You are authorized to request restrictions of your personal data processing if you believe that your personal data kept on file is not accurate, or is processed is against the law, and also if you believe that we do not need such data any longer for the purposes of processing thereof.
 
Right to erasure


If you have ever given us your consent to personal data processing (such as your e-mail address in relation to a newsletter sent to you), you are authorized to withdraw your consent at any time and we must erase your personal data  based on your consent. The right to erasure does not apply to the personal data processed for the purposes of performance under a contract, for statutory purposes or for the purpose of the legitimate interests of our company. If any of such data is maintained on back-up systems that automatically provide for the resilience of all our systems and fulfil the function of protection against the loss of data in the case of accidents, we are not able to erase your personal data  from such back-up systems as it is often not technically feasible. Nevertheless, such data is not actively processed and will not be used for any other purposes of processing.

All of the aforementioned information is used by our company for marketing purposes, for the purposes of the further improvement of our website and its content, and also for the purposes of legal protection.

If you are interested in receiving offers on discounts of products from FLEKC s.r.o. via the e-mail that you disclose to us, based on your consent to such utilization of your e-mail address, we will process your email exclusively for such purposes. FLEKC s.r.o. will not share the e-mail address acquired in this way with any other entities. If you, at any time in the future, decide not to receive e-mails from FLEKC s.r.o. for this purpose, you can withdraw your consent to the processing of the aforementioned e-mail address here or in writing at the registered office of the company.
